Ownership of this NFT certifies ownership of and possession rights (subject to trade-in eligibility requirements) to an authenticated (with certification id #69750) mint-condition (MWMT MQ) 3rd generation German Royal Blue Peanut Beanie Baby^TM with a China tush tag.

3rd generation: The last generation to retail before Beania Mania started to take off around the release of the 4th generation (1996). Since Royal Blue Peanut did not exist in the 2nd generation, that makes this generation of Royal Blue Peanut the earliest one. And it also so happens that Royal Blue Peanut does not exist outside of the 3rd generation, making it both the sole generation in which this Beanie Baby exists. And in general, any non-US country tagged Beanie Baby such as this one is an order of magnitude rarer than its US counterpart - likely comparable to, or even exceeding the rarity of its 2nd generation US variant (if it exists).

Special: Referred to as the 'Holy Grail' for Beanie collectors, Royal Blue Peanut is responsible for setting off Beanie Mania. Being a short production and soon replaced by its younger sibling Light Blue Peanut, Royal Blue Peanut became the first publically highly sought after Beanie Baby.
