1st generation: For all US hang tagged and for all non-Original 9 Beanie Babies, the 1st generation is the earliest production variant that exists. Legs is Original 9 by name, but this one is not a 'True Original 9' as it released later in the 1st generation release cycle evident by its tush tag. But that doesn't make it seem any easier to find than its True Original 9 counterpart.
